Dear Musson Mustangs,

I am honored and blessed to be the principal of Musson Elementary. As a proud Rochester Community Schools educator and administrator for 15 years, it truly is a privilege to serve our community in this role. I have a tremendous amount of pride for our district, schools, and my colleagues as we work hand in hand to help our students and families. Rochester Schools has a rich legacy of excellence and Musson Elementary is an exceptional part of our community. I appreciate learning and growing together with you for our children.

During my professional career, I have continued my learning through graduate work. I have a Master’s Degree in Special Education Administration and completed my Educational Specialist Degree in Leadership from Oakland University. As a special education teacher, elementary learning consultant and most recently, as assistant director of special education for elementary, I have worked to ensure all learners, each child with his or her own unique characteristics, are the focus of my daily practice. I strongly believe in developing a culture of thinking and learning together, with students, staff and parents, to benefit our school community.
